I think this was in total my favourite volume because of the group that we became… it feels like we’re like family. I had to break down a lot of the ‘I can do a trick here and a trick there’ to get to those actual movement qualities. I can move so organically and you’re not even doing much, but it looks so good. It’s been about making choices and prioritising myself again.
